Method

Thriving children start with you.

Your Child Is Your Mirror.

Explore Yourself. Transform Your Family.

The patterns your child is showing you - the anger, anxiety, defiance, struggles - may not be problems to fix in them.

They might be invitations to look within yourself.

I'm Magdalena, and I guide parents through deep self-exploration and shadow work — so you can understand your own patterns, rewrite them, and create the space for your whole family to thrive.

We work with YOU - not your child

We access the subconscious mind through ThetaHealing - where real change begins

We map your family system to reveal what has been passed down through generations

We bring your shadow into the light - with compassion, not judgment

We identify exactly what your child's behaviour is reflecting back to you

What Many Parents Experience

You've Tried Everything. And You're Still Searching.

You've read the parenting books. You've tried the techniques - rewards, consequences, timeouts, positive reinforcement. You've stayed consistent. You've asked for help.

And something still feels stuck.

What if part of the answer lies not in a new technique - but in a deeper look at yourself?

This is not about blame. It's about curiosity. And it changes everything.

Way Of

Looking

What Your Child Might Be Showing You

Your child's anger?

It may be reflecting your suppressed rage.

Your child's anxiety?

Perhaps an echo of your hidden fear.

Your child's neediness?

Possibly a mirror of your own unmet needs.

Children are extraordinarily perceptive. They feel what we carry - even when we say nothing.

This is the foundation of shadow work for parents. Not fixing your child. Discovering yourself.

Where

We

Begin

Self-Discovery for Conscious Parents

After more than a decade of meditation practice, ThetaHealing training, and raising two children who became my greatest teachers, I work with a growing approach rooted in ThetaHealing, a method that works from the inside out.

We don't work with your child. We work with YOU.

Through guided self-exploration, we look at the beliefs, emotions, and inherited patterns that may be quietly shaping how you show up as a parent - and we begin to gently rewrite them.

This is educational, empowering, and deeply personal work. It complements - never replaces - any therapy, medical care, or professional support you're already receiving.

Backed by Research

Grounded in Science, Guided by Lived Experience

The Zenden Method draws from a range of established and emerging therapeutic approaches:

  • ThetaHealing — Working at the theta brainwave level to access and gently shift subconscious beliefs

  • Shadow Work — Integrating the rejected or unconscious parts of yourself (rooted in Jungian psychology)

  • Family Systems Theory — Understanding how patterns transmit across generations)

  • Somatic Practices — Releasing tension and emotion stored in the body

What science says

79% reduction in anxiety through theta-level interventions

(Valentine et al., 2019)

Significant improvement in emotional regulation through mind-body therapies

(Barranco-Ruiz et al., 2019)

Consistent efficacy of self-induced relaxation in reducing anxiety

(Breznoscakova et al., 2023)
