ThetaHealing works at the level of the subconscious — the part of your mind that runs roughly 95% of your behaviour without asking permission. This is where your deepest beliefs about yourself live. Beliefs about whether you're enough, whether love is safe, whether you deserve rest, whether conflict means danger. These didn't come from nowhere. Most were formed before you were seven years old, and some were inherited from the generations before you.

Single Session

A single deep-dive session for parents who want to experience the work before committing to a package. We'll identify what's running beneath the surface, clear at least one key program that's keeping you stuck, and replace it with something that actually serves you.
Good for: parents who are new to ThetaHealing, or who want to explore a specific pattern or behaviour they keep seeing in themselves or their child.
What happens in a session: We talk, we identify the beliefs underneath what you're describing, we work in theta state to release what's ready to go, and we install new beliefs with your full consent. Most people feel a shift during the session itself.
The Rewrite

Three sessions is where real change starts to take hold. The first session opens the map. The second goes deeper. The third anchors what's shifted and addresses what's surfaced in between.
Between sessions, you'll notice things. Moments where you react differently. Situations that used to trigger you that don't land the same way. Your child noticing something's changed, even if they can't name it.
This package is for parents who are ready to do the work, not just understand it.
What's included: 3 x 90-minute sessions, email support between sessions, and a personalised set of new beliefs we've installed together that you leave with in writing.

This is sustained, layered work. Six sessions is enough time to move through multiple generations of inherited pattern, address different areas of life (parenting, relationship, self-worth, identity), and let the changes settle into daily life in a way that sticks.
If you've been at this a long time — if you've done therapy, read all the books, understand everything intellectually but still find yourself repeating the same patterns — this is the package. Understanding the pattern and releasing it at the cellular level are two different things. This is the second one.
What's included: 6 x 90-minute sessions, priority email support, a full belief inventory we build together across the programme, and a closing integration session where we map what's changed and what's next.
We start by talking - you tell me what's going on, what patterns you keep seeing, what you're tired of. From there I help you trace the surface behaviour back to the belief underneath it. That part is often surprising. The thing that's causing the most friction in your parenting is rarely about parenting. Once we've identified the belief, we work in theta state (a deeply relaxed, receptive brainwave state, the same one you're in just before you fall asleep) to release it and replace it with something that actually serves you. You're conscious the whole time. Nothing happens without your consent.
No. Scepticism is fine. What matters is that you're open enough to try. I've worked with people who came in doubtful and left with something shifted that they couldn't fully explain. The theta state bypasses the part of your mind that argues - which is exactly why it works when other approaches haven't.
No. While Zenden is built around the parent-child dynamic, the subconscious programs we carry don't care whether you have children or not. If you grew up in a family - and you did - you absorbed beliefs, patterns, and emotional frequencies from your parents, their parents, and the generations before them. Those programs shape how you relate to yourself, to others, and to life, whether or not you have kids of your own.
Some of the most profound work I've done has been with people tracing the thread back through their family line - recognising where a pattern started, understanding how it passed from one generation to the next, and choosing to be the one who stops carrying it forward. You don't need a child in the picture for that work to matter. You just need a willingness to look.

Therapy is valuable and this doesn't replace it. The difference is where each one works. Therapy typically helps you understand your patterns — where they came from, why they make sense, how to manage them. ThetaHealing goes to the subconscious level and changes the belief itself, not just your relationship to it. Many of my clients do both. They're not competing approaches.
No. I work with you, not your child. The premise of this whole practice is that your child's behaviour is a reflection of what you're carrying — so the most effective place to create change is in you. Your child doesn't need to do anything, know anything, or be in the room. The shift happens at your end of the mirror.
It depends on what you're working with and how long it's been running. Some people feel a meaningful shift after one session. Most people benefit from at least three, because patterns have layers — what surfaces in session one often reveals something deeper in session two. If you've been dealing with the same pattern for decades, or if it runs in your family across generations, six sessions gives us room to work through it properly. Most people notice something during the session itself — a physical lightness, a shift in how a memory feels, a thought that no longer carries the same charge. In the days after, clients often report reacting differently to situations that used to trigger them, without having to think about it. Changes in your child's behaviour tend to follow within days to a few weeks, because they're responding to a change in you that's already happened.
Temperament is real. I'm not saying everything your child does is your fault or your responsibility to fix. What I am saying is that the emotional environment a child grows up in — the unspoken tension, the suppressed anxiety, the inherited beliefs about safety and love — shapes how that temperament expresses itself. Two children with the same temperament raised in different emotional climates become very different people. The work isn't about blame. It's about influence, and you have more of it than you think.
Yes. Most of my clients work with me online and the sessions are just as effective. ThetaHealing doesn't require physical proximity — it works in the same way over video call. If you're in Sydney and prefer to meet in person, that's available too.
We go at your pace. This work can bring things up, and I don't push past what you're ready for. If something feels overwhelming in a session, we stop, we resource, we make sure you leave feeling stable. You're in charge of how deep we go and how fast.
