How we work

How Shadow Work for Parents Actually Works

HOME / how we work

Your Child Is Showing You What's Ready to Be Explored

Here's the simple framework:

STEP 1:

Your child's behaviour triggers you

Your child has tantrums, and you feel rage. Your child is clingy, and you feel suffocated. Your child defies you, and you feel powerless.

That reaction? That's an entry point into your shadow.

STEP 2:

We explore YOUR patterns

Through ThetaHealing and compassionate inquiry, we gently investigate:

What emotion have you been carrying unexpressed?

What part of yourself have you pushed away?

What belief might you have inherited from your own parents?

STEP 3:

You do the inner work

We work together to:

Access the theta brainwave state (a deeply receptive, calm state)

Gently surface limiting beliefs at the subconscious level

Begin clearing inherited patterns

Integrate your shadow — the parts of you that have been waiting to be seen

Allow suppressed emotions to move through safely

Begin installing new, more empowering beliefs.

STEP 4:

Your family naturally begins to shift

Not through new rules or techniques. Not by doing anything to your child. But because you have changed - and children feel that.
